MICHAEL CARR
OWNER & PRESIDENT
Michael Carr has been working in post-production professionally for over 18 years. As the Salutatorian of Full Sail University’s film program, Michael has woven both creative and finishing experiences into an eclectic career that spans all forms of media.
Originally from Florida, he moved to Los Angeles in 2006 and began his career at Modern Videofilm as an online editor, leaving in 2008 for FOX Sports and Tyler Perry Studios. He launched his entrepreneurial aspirations in 2011 when he formed a creative agency called Red57 which went on to be nominated for a Golden Trailer award for their work on Cold Pursuit.
After realizing there was a need for great finishing in entertainment marketing, Michael formed Carrma in 2019.
Michael lives in Santa Clarita with his wife Crystal, daughter Mila, and their dogs Indy, Max and Harry Pupper. Outside of work, he enjoys playing drums for the L.A. band Bernith Fair, reading and going to the movies.

ERIC A. REID
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
COLORIST
Eric Reid began working in post production right after completing his undergraduate degree in Film and Digital Media at the University of California at Santa Cruz in 2006. Beginning his career in independent film, he has worked across features, series, and short form programming as a producer, colorist, editor, and post executive. Large scale asset management and workflow design, both traditional and cloud based, have been focuses in recent years.
Selected credits include the series Veep, Eastbound & Down, Bosch, and The Romanoffs; feature films You’re Next, V/H/S 1&2, Peep World, and Bunraku; and years of work with clients and studios such as HBO, Netflix, Amazon Studios, Sidney Kimmel Entertainment, Snoot Entertainment, and Pixomondo.

KRISTEN COAST
POST PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Kristen Coast has worked in production since 2008, when she joined her first agency. She went on to launch, from the ground up, a full-scale production department at Redbubble, producing creative content internally and for networks and studios like Netflix, HBO, and Showtime. She won a Clio for her work with Cartoon Network’s Steven Universe: The Movie.
Originally from West Virginia, Kristen took a road trip to California over 20 years ago and has since lived in every major California city, including San Diego, San Francisco, and now Los Angeles. Kristen is a member of Women in Entertainment and is passionate about financial education.

JARED BRESNAN
RE-RECORDING MIXER
SOUND DESIGNER
Jared Bresnan has been working in post production since graduating from Los Angeles Recording School in 2009. With a background in music composition, Jared gathered a repertoire of professional and creative techniques that allowed him to flourish as a Re-Recording Mixer.
Jared has worked on full theatrical marketing campaigns and a wide variety of promos. Some titles he's mixed include: Stranger Things, Our Planet, Spotlight, Ratched, Hollywood, The Politician, Big Mouth, The Irishman, and Roma.

WILLOW CAI
FINISHING EDITOR
Willow Cai immigrated from China at 18 to attend the USC School of Cinematic Arts. After graduating with a 3.96 GPA, she focused on color grading many student and independent projects before joining Carrma.
Some projects she’s been a part of at Carrma include color grading her first national commercial for Quickbooks, which aired during the 2023 NFC Championship game, and creative content for her favorite film, Marcel the Shell.
In her free time, Willow enjoys flying drones and surfing.
