Which is why we have committed to running the Carrma office with 100% renewable energy from the Clean Power Alliance and using electric vehicles as often as possible.

For the carbon we still create, either through employee commutes, trash, or the products we use, we make donations to purchase carbon allowances from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative’s cap and trade auctions. This creates a legally-binding requirement for power plants to emit less CO2. Learn more about this process here.

For 2022, we have offset 20 tons of CO2, and plan to do more. We'll soon be investing in reforestation and carbon removal technologies. We want to do our part to pull excess carbon out of the atmosphere and mitigate the affects of climate change.

For 2023, our plans include official carbon neutral certification.

 

We care deeply about our planet, and although this is a great first step towards sustainable post production, it is just the first step. We're just getting started.
